I offer a calm, confidential space to explore the thoughts and emotions that may be holding you back. As a BACP registered counsellor, I integrate talking therapy, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy to help you feel more in control, self-aware, and at ease. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or stress, counselling provides a space to learn about yourself and explore what changes you may want to make. I am able to provide counselling in Andover or online depending on your needs.

WHAT IS Counselling?

Counselling and psychotherapy is time set aside by you and your therapist to talk about the issues that have made you seek therapy. Therapy might include talking about past and present life events, your feelings, emotions, relationships, ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour. Your therapist will help you look at your concerns and identify the best course of action for you.

Since 2011, Siobhan has been helping clients manage anxiety, stress and self-doubt. Siobhan is able to offer counselling in Andover and online with hypnotherapy if it suits your goals.

With qualifications in hypnotherapy, psychology, counselling, and psychotherapy, she takes a personalised approach to therapy – whether providing practical coping strategies or exploring deeper personal experiences. Her goal is to help clients develop self-understanding and compassion while equipping them with the tools to navigate life’s challenges with a calm self-confidence.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

The 15 minute phone consultation is an opportunity to discuss what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. We’ll talk about your questions or concerns, any past experiences with therapy, and how I can support you. You don’t need to have all the answers – just a willingness to start the journey.  Book your free phone consultation here.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is tailored to your needs. Depending on your goals, we may use techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, or mindfulness-based approaches. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I have a flexible online booking system if you would prefer ad hoc sessions or we can arrange a time to meet on a weekly basis. The length of your therapy is entirely your choice, some people feel significantly improved in just a few sessions and some benefit from a longer term journey of support and exploration. 

Every therapist has their own style, so it can sometimes be helpful to think about what you want from your therapy sessions. As a therapist I am very curious and will sometimes ask questions for my own clarification or to invite you to consider the topic more deeply. I am happy to receive feedback on what works for you and how I can best support you. I am also more interested in how you experience challenges than the “right or wrong” way to do something, there is no need to mask, hide your kinks or present as anything you don’t feel is you. Find out more about me here.
