Victoria is a skilled sports therapist with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Therapy from Southampton Solent University. She specialises in treating muscle strains, tendinopathies, and ligament sprains using sports massage, dry cupping, and injury rehabilitation. With experience as a pitch-side therapist, she has also provided soft tissue treatment for Swindon Town Football Club’s first-team players.

A deep tissue sports massage is ideal for those who are seeking relief from having tight/sore muscles. It will target areas of discomfort to relieve tension, increase mobility and help to prevent injury.
  • 30 mins – £35 / 45 mins – £45 / 60 mins – £55 / 90 mins – £75
Hot Stone Sports/Remedial Massage
A hot stones sports/remedial massage is a deep tissue treatment using warm basalt stones to relax your muscles. The heat from the stones can help alleviate muscle tension, relieve stress, relax the body & mind.
