##

##

##

With us, good physical and mental health is not about perfection – it’s about finding what works for you and embracing a fulfilling, sustainable way of life.

Our HISTORY

Our clinic started as “Your Mind Your Body” in 2011, founded by a newly qualified chiropractor, Jon, and hypnotherapist, Siobhan, working from a complementary health clinic at Basepoint in Andover. From the start, we believed in collaboration – working alongside other health professionals to offer well-rounded, evidence-informed care. In 2016, Jon and Siobhan took on running the clinic together, bringing their combined expertise in physical and psychological health to the forefront of the practice.

Over the years, our clinic has grown – both in experience and qualifications. Jon has completed further training in sports-specific chiropractic care, while Siobhan has earned an MSc in Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. In 2023, we moved to the current location on Weyhill Road, where we continue to work with like-minded professionals who share our commitment to high standards, clear communication, and patient-centred care. We know our team will continue to evolve but we will always maintain the highest standards to ensure our patients receive the best care possible.
