As an integrative counsellor based in Andover, I support people who feel overwhelmed, overworked, and emotionally drained by stress. My approach combines person-centred counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and therapeutic hypnosis to help you regain a sense of control and balance.
