As an integrative counsellor based in Andover, I work with clients who are struggling with insomnia, night-time anxiety, or other sleep disruptions. Using a blend of person-centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and therapeutic hypnosis, I take a compassionate, holistic approach to helping you sleep better.

Together, we’ll explore what’s behind the sleep issues – whether it’s stress, anxiety, past trauma, or unhelpful habits – and gently move toward restoring restful, nourishing sleep.

Hypnosis promotes deep relaxation and can help quiet a racing mind, ease tension, and train the body to wind down naturally. Many clients find this especially helpful before bedtime.
