I qualified as a chiropractor from the AECC in Bournemouth (now Health Sciences University) in 2011, and since then I’ve been helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. I have a particular interest in working with chronic pain, sports injuries, and headaches – whether it’s a long-term issue or something that’s just cropped up.

My approach is relaxed, straightforward, and focused on collaboration. I believe in helping people feel confident in their bodies – not just getting out of pain, but feeling great. That means clear explanations, practical advice, and care that fits into real life, not trying to fit real life into over prescribed care plans.

I’ve completed additional training in sports-specific chiropractic care and hold a postgraduate certificate in professional development, which led to full membership of the Royal College of Chiropractors. Whether I’m working with weekend warriors or those dealing with persistent pain, I tailor care to suit the individual.

Outside the clinic, I’ve always been into adventure – white water kayaking, skydiving (120 jumps and counting), and, for the past 10 years, long-distance running and obstacle course racing. I live locally with my wife and co-owner of the clinic, Siobhan, and our Labrador, Poppy, who keeps us out walking in the woods or along the coast. I’ve also got a major sweet tooth and firmly believe that health doesn’t have to be perfect – life is there to be enjoyed so we just need to strike a balance that works for us.
